Janie is a mother of four with a very hectic schedule. Her husband has been in the food business for years and together they have a love for cooking and eating gourmet food. Janie had always found it challenging to find time to cook or eat meals between running around with the kids. She would sometimes pick up a quick meal out on the go and for some reason always have a bad reaction. Even though eating a salad out or a sandwich on whole wheat bread seemed like a healthy choice, she started developing symptoms like facial pain, digestive problems, and breakouts. Janie discovered that outside restaurants were cooking with “hidden ingredients” and triggering her body to respond poorly. After much frustration, Janie began baking and experimenting during whatever free time she had in her husband’s factory. She made sure to use all natural ingredients and bake with mostly organic fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and gluten free grains. She completely eliminated eating out and just snacked on her muffins during the day. To her surprise, shortly all of her symptoms subsided. She no longer was experiencing pain; her skin began clearing up, and even lost weight! With such excitement about feeling so good, Janie wanted to share her recipe and decided to start Nature’s Cocktail.
